Bun Cha Hop Thanh is a family-run restaurant in Ha Tinh, Vietnam, established in 2007. From the beginning, our goal has been simple: to prepare and serve traditional Vietnamese Bun Cha with a familiar, distinctive flavor.

Over the years, the restaurant has changed locations, but the familiar flavor of Bun Cha Hop Thanh has been carefully preserved since 2007. We continue to focus on traditional charcoal grilling, carefully prepared ingredients, and a dipping sauce made according to our own recipe.
